Bought my machine from Walmart, worse decision I ever made. Came with trial version of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2007. At end of trial, I tried to convert to full version but it would not install. Ended up having to buy 2010 version, also through Walmart. Also would not install. Turns out the Windows Installer on the emachines is defective, pre-installed bootleg copy? Have to delete all my work for trial period as trial version will not save to disc, and then erase and reinstall Windows 7 from a legimate source. Since 90% of my work is spreadsheet based, I am trapped. Would not recommend emachine on the basis of faulty pre-installed software (bootleg? the serial number tag looks like a copy).:-(
